plastigaging my rod bearings 1951 cub

after getting my crank back from the machine shopI am plastic gaging my rod bearings on the number 2 and three rods the clearance on one side is one and three quarters thousands the other side is three thousands my book says I need 2-3 thousands the number 1 and 4 bearings are 2 thousands all the way across the journal is this bad or not now what thanks for your help john
