does anyone know the proper way to clean the brass fuel filter that is in the sediment bulb? this one has two stud with real small thumb nuts and about 250 paper thin brass plates. are you to take this thing apart and clean each plate or is there an easier way? also does it go above the gasket for the bulb or does it set in the bottom of the bulb? how tight are the nuts supposed to be? all the farmalls that I have been around did not have a setup like this, they had the flat screen in the top of the sediment bulb above the gasket. how common are these and what is the special purpose for them?
