Realy should known what tractor you are talking about. But if it is a 706 hard to believe the brakes are the only thing that is effected, you did not say anyting about steering and TA if it is a 706 it has 2 pumps and the one under the operator deck on the left side will not efect the brakes. The pump in the TA housing on the left side is for the brakes TA and steering. When a person changes the filter and oil as you did and somthing like this happens I fround most of the time the pump is getting bad and will not prime it's self, so you may need pump.
