I just finished reading all the comments/follow-ups to "How to plow", and I've got to say, it is nice to see so many guys willing to try to teach a newbie (I'm one). I have 50 acres of pasture and set about planting 3 food plots this spring for the pheasants. I had to learn myself how to plow/disc up brome grass. It was tough, and I thing I could have saved myself a lot of trouble by posting this question myself. Now, if some of you guys had some suggestions as to how to successfully plant walnuts/hickory nuts for trees, I'd really have something. I only had about 10% success this spring, and I'm hoping for better luck this fall.
