Heres what I did on my 'C',I ground the rivets off on the inside of the wheel.Then I knocked the lugs off of one wheel and put them on the other,I then welded the rivets back on,on the inside of the wheel.It should be just as strong as the rivet,and no weld is showing on the wheel.John
