carbrator proublems??

i have a cub and i was mowing yesterday and after mowing for about 30 mins, i have a belly mower, and all at once it starts to sputter and dies. i have went thruogh the carb. put it back on and it idles good, but when i engage the pto or put it in gear it sputters and sputters, take it out and it idles for a while and then starts to sputter again. i need some advice on where to look next. thanks
