Help needed again... !. I bought a Carquest "hot" coil part #EC UC-12x,cost $50.19 and resistor # RBR 24036 cost$12.82 Also bought champion spark plugs #502 (D21) and universal wire set, points, condenser, rotor and cap. The auto store says its a replacement hotter version from stock but coil is almost twice the size. Question is, do I buy a bigger bracket and use it or go to the Case/IH dealer and get stock coil. 2. Bought an air filter from Case dealer and it appears that it is too long. Part #AF808K. I know I'm going to appear really dumb, but I cant seem to get the old air filter out to measure the two. I unscrewed the circular clamp, dropped the bottom and inner metal part that holds the oil bath. Cant seem to get the filter out. I'm waiting for the service and parts manual to come I ordered from Binder Books, but until then, I'm stumped and dont want to pry anything I'm not sopossed to. Would appreciate any advice on either subject. Thanks
