M Problem - Brakes?

I posted this at Red Power. Thought I'd post it here, too. Need all the advice I can get. I have a problem with my M. When it sits awhile, it seems like the brakes somehow lock up. I've got it parked at a friend's place while we do some work on it. He went to move it out of the way this morning and it wouldn't move right away. One side came loose first and soon after that the other side broke loose, too. It was about 0 degrees this morning. It seems to do this in milder weather, too. Any advise or explainations would be most welcome. Marv Gustafson
