Hearin yer new found experience brings back memories of the '60's. My highschool buddy helped us out as a hired man. He drove the JD60 (gasser) pullin a 3 bottom pull type, and I drove the new (then) 3020 with a 4 bottom 3pt. (wow, big for its day) turnin 20 acres of alfalfa ground one fall day (and into the night) We were bound and determine to get it done. Those 2 green tractors pulled straight though, non-stop. Mon bought us sandwiches and coffee, dad brought us fuel. Those mufflers were dang near cherry red in the dark, and spoutin' 6 inches of orange flame turnin that blue-black Nebraska sod. I'm sure yer gonna remember your experience today as fondly as remember mine..... P.S. Life is GOOD!
