Your other option is to check out the auction site of YT, the manual you are looking for will eventually pop up on there, or go to BINDERBOOKS.
If you have plenty of time on your hands, those manuals are just about always on ebay.
As far as the new seals you need, your Case-IH dealer is always the first place you should look, even for a 1946 H.
