Im confused..Maybe its different on a C.. You put oil in the bottom of the air cleaner, thats the filter. You also put oil in the engine. Are you saying you confused the 2 openings (breather and intake) and while intending to add oil to the engine you poured it into the air cleaner? If so, thats funny, not damaging, but id drain the carb, as oil probably got into it. Its ok, Today i sat at a green light for 25 seconds revving my engine before i realized that the shifter had been bumped into Neutral...lol
Thought Id blown the tranny...lol,, corvette trannies are expensive..so Iwas pretty pale!
