Jim: You stated it smelled of "rech" mixture? Why suspect ignition first? I would think mixture would be a first consideration.. Push off the choke? Maybe float is stuck? Turn off gas line and as carb runs dry it may CLEAR UP indication that the over rich mixture is finally leaning out as gas in carb is used up..That should confirm its gas related..? Why would "smelled rich" lead one to suspect ignition first? Anyway- good luck. harvey
