I'm still doing the tear down phase. I'd be working on it right now, if not for this darn cold that hit me yesterday. I actuall feel pretty lucky about the whole tractor, even though the sheet metal is shot and the engine sat full of water. The engine can be repaired and the sheet metal can be replaced or repaired. The trans, diff, and final drives are all in GREAT shape. If the engine had not been sitting without cover, it probably would have started. The only thing I could find wrong the tractor is in the trans cover, I can't get in into 3rd ad 4th gear after cleaning the shift rails, they must of retired it because it was only running in 1st and 2nd. I'm rambling, see the link to a possible "donor" tractor I found about 12 miles away. I should be bringing it home in a coule of weeks, if all goes well.
