I have purchased a W9 that is stuck. I have it up on blocks. I have taken the old junk tires off the rims and have hung weights on the rims with the tractor in gear with hopes they would turn the engine over in time (1/4 can PB Breakfree squirted in each cylinder). If she wont free up I will need to take the oilpan and head off and disconnect stuff to work her loose. If I do I plan to have the valves redone as I suspect the stack was not covered when she sat outside and they are rusted up. Will I be able to find head gaskets and seals for the valves???
