The diaphragm in the fuel pump is bad. I have an F-14 and an F-12. The pump was bad on the F-14 and did the same thing. You can get some parts from NAPA but I don't think you can get the pump parts from them. Rice has the kit for $28.40 and Fordson house has it for $14.00. I think Rice has more parts in the kit. You can just get the diaphragm from Rice for $5.00. That is the part you need the most. Most of the F-14s are hard to start. They have a down draft carb. and flood real easy. I built a starter that works off the PTO for mine. Got the Idea and plan from Dal Wolf. It works really well and can be taken off in about 5 minutes. If you want more info on it email me at mmilner12@chartertn.net. Good luck with it.
