Sam: I would go with gene's idea on pump and belt only. If you feel after that, you need a thermostat or temp gauge, very easy to add later. My 130 has been acting like it's not warming up enough these last few cold days. Not sure whether its thermostat or just carb. I put a plastic fertilizer bag over grill today and it worked perfect. I can slide bag so its a partial cover if weather warms up. We old guys call those jobs like thermostat, temp gauge, etc. warm weather jobs.
