Hey, now that you said that, how about the sealer thats used inside gas tanks? Dip the side with the leak(s), let it harden with that side down so the stuff doesn't flow inside. Then do the next hole the same.
Personaly, I would solder the holes, then maybe dip in the sealer. Just keep the solder to a minimum so as not to add too much weight.
