John, I believe the Super C has the same pump arrangement as my Super A. The helical gear that is driven by the govenor gear, which in turn drives the shaft going into your hydraulic pump has an o-ring on that shaft. The o-ring eventually wears a spot in that shaft allowing the hydraulic oil to pass into the crankcase via the timing cover. If you can find a nos shaft along with new o-rings I think that would solve the problem. Hope this helps. Case IH sells a rebuiuld kit for the touch control. Were in Vt? Im in East Wells Vt. scotty
