you're preaching to the choir here.i work for my local municipality and the amount of waste and crookedness i see on a weekly basis would have heads rolling at any production facillity i've worked at.over-staffing, unlimited unnecessary overtime for the old boys network,farming out maintenance that could be done in house-well,you get the picture.
