That makes it an early 1949 -- so I don't think it is a true white demo. White demo's are thought to have been produced during the 1st quarter of calendar 1950, your's would be the 1st quarter of 1949. Perhaps someone ordered it painted white. The seat could have been replaced with an earlier one. Look at some casting numbers--for it to be a 1950, most castings should be from late 1949 through early-mid-March 1950, with the oldest casting being made in maybe Sept 1949. (S for 1949, T for 1950).
