I have a 560 that I have to keep inside all the time just for the trouble you are having. You got frozen water in your hyd fluid. heat it up with a heater till it will lift ,then run it a couple hours ,then drain it. Been there done that. If you keep foolin around with the ice and oil you will end up replacing the pump ,just like I did. I also had to replace a power steering line where the water seperated from the oil and froze and busted the steel line. I siliconed the top deck and the front cover ,it has a new shift boot and it'll still get water inside.
