Billy, The gap should be set at the HIGH side of the cam (what I assume your are calling the arbiture). That means on one of the four corners, not the flat side. That is probably your problem. Otherwise, I would suspect timing. But I would re-gap at "high cam" right now, and try that out. If that doesn't work, be sure to check back here. Good luck and don't give up!
