If you are not concerned about originality, you can cut some rounds out of an old inner-tube about the same size as the ones you removed. May want to go two or three rounds on each of the three studs as these are there to cut down vibration. If you want original, OEM tractor parts has them and I think there is some on ebay right now as well which could also be from OEM. They are listing a lot of their stuff on ebay at the moment.
