Bruce: 150 Years of IH calls the 31 an improved version of the 30. They would fit all H and M plus supers, 300, 400, 350 and 450. I doubt if they would work on much else, without a lot of fabrication. My dad bought one new on a 51 H, later moved it to Farmall 300. It had to have a spacer added about 2" thick where it bolted to rear axle housings, so cross member at front would clear front wheels. I think it was just the difference in larger front tires on 300, as I believe they are all same wheel base.
