Frozen Clutch Disk

I put in a new clutch disk this last August. The tractor has been working great, but now that it's winter here (in the 20's), it appears that the disk is sticking to the flywheel. I know this, because I can't disconnect the transmission when I push in the clutch pedal. I would try to put it in gear, but they would grind. Any thoughts? I thought it might be frozen to the flywheel by condensate. Thank you.
