The other thing you need to look at is the wobble caused by bad bearings on the front wheels or worn/loose steering gears. The steering knuckles can also be worn. A little wear on several parts can add up to some wobble. It is not uncommon for this older tractors to wobble some. With my C I just pull lightly to the left and then to the right if it gets to wobbleling too much. A project for another day. I don't consider mine to be excessive so not a big deal for me.
