You say it gets some oil pressure after it runs for a few minutes. A engine should have oil pressure right after startup, and good pressure, not just some. It could be faulty or worn oil pump, worn bearings, or a leak between the pump and block. I had a car once that had so dirty oil that the dirt clogged the oil pickup. It was solved with an oil change. Hope some of this would be at any help for you. /Dennis
