Only one thing that bothers me a bit, is a few genuine questions do go unanswered. I think we should make a greater effort to catch those, as they are quite often first timers, and we don't want to loose them. I know they are often questions a lot of us don't have answers for, but I think if we made a little effort to show interest, we may spark someones memory. Could be the guy with their answer is away that day. On a few ocasions I have attempted to get the attention of someone I feel knows the answer. Just my thoughts.
