Single front H

What do you think a single front H would go for? Here are a few specifics: 3 point on the rear. All tires hold air. Paint is all there but faded but you can not see the decals anymore. All sheetmetal is strait. All it needs is a battery. Oh, and it runs! What, in your opinion, is this worth as a seller or a buyer? Thank you in advance.
