Jeeper: All 100's would have had lights from factory, the round one is indeed your light switch. If you look on front of tractor, right light mounted on top of steering box by the use of a stem into a hole in casting and held by a set screw. You will find a matching hole on left side for the left light. The rear light on these was usually mounted on a bracket coming from left seat support to rear of tractor. If you have an operators manual for tractor there is an excellent wiring diagram in the manual. The wires for the front lights should be in the harness going to the generator or alternator, which ever tractor has.
