Hi Hugh, Paul, when you attempt to copy/cut and paste from a MSWord or PDF or some other formatted document and it dosen't word. Here is a method that sometimes works:
1)Do the regular highlight and copy or cut.
2)Open a NotePad window and paste into this window.
3)Highlight the text in the NotePad window, then do the copy or cut.
4)Now paste this text into the text box on this web page.

Give it a try and see if it works.
