JB weld can do a lot but JB weld a cam, no can do. No pics so can't really say but have it looked at by an automotive shop. Really small pits, not too many, may not be a major deal. Lots of rust, forget it. You probably know already. If you are looking to JB weld it, it's probably not good. You might be able to find a good used cam. If you find a used cam see if you can get the lifters, in order, as they were removed or get new lifters. Don't mix up lifters on a cam. Don't run old lifters on a new cam. Best bet, a re-grind cam and new lifters.
