Old: Very likely your clutch and TA adjustment, then with that tractor parked all those years with no oil up around the top shaft and shifting rails, you probably have a bit of rust up there. I would first check the clutch and TA adjustments, if they are right you have some driving to do. Drive it and shift gears quite often. start off by going from 2nd to 3rd to 4th, those are the easy ones. You get some oil worked in up in the top side of the transmission, it should come without going into transmission.
