This tractor gets its hydraulic pressure for the power steering from the same source as the power brakes. There is a somewhat complicated arrangement of check valves, control valves and relief valves in a housing near the hydraulic oil filter back of the left running board. These adjustments are sensitive but the problem is usually a broken spring or trash clogging an orifice. If you have not already changed the filter do that first and check the fluid level. I do not suggest that you do any experimental adjustment to the valve system without some support from an experienced person and/or a good manual.
