M electrical system

Found my grandfathers 1945 M in the woods on the family farm.It was in bad shape ,but i have reworked the moter and am about ready to try and start it.I would like to re-wire it completly if someone has a diagram.Also,how would i tell if it had been converted to 12 volt system.Thanks for any help.
