2000 series loader

the cylinders that control the bucket tilt started leaking the other day. i am assuming they are seals in the end and not packings. i noticed that the nuts from side to side had different gaps so i tightened the one side about a 1/4 of a turn and the other side just spun, didn't tighten or loosen. i'm guessing that's not good. how hard of a job is it to replace the seals? am i gonna need a new cylinder? thnaks for any help!
