Should say something to the affect of when both valves are open at one time, fuel will blend or mix together (refering to the 2 different fuels, one type in each tank). You are no doubt just burning straight gas all the time I would presume. Information on this decal would be void if you are. Placement of this decal would be more for originality purposes. I would venture to guess you use the big tank for gas, and the reserve gas tank for a reserve if it is still present and functional. Originally the kerosene or distilate went into the big tank.
