I know the heads are different, but never checked to see if the chamber ccs were different for a different compression ratio. Some old kero F-12/14s have had the manifolds replaced with gas only manifolds. the gas manifold has the exhaust pipe that is off set and the kero manifold has the pipe that is centered. Also there is an additional rod just above the throttle rod to set the heat valve to "hot" position to run kero. it will run ok with gas on the hot setting in winter but it might sputter a lot in summer. There is no heat valve rod used on gas only models.
