O. T. Waterfront Property

I looked out my kitchen window this morning, and noticed that with all the melting snow and now today rain, that the fields surrounding the 2 acres that my house sits on, are nothing but huge ponds. One covers at least 15 acres, while the other covers about half that. I told the Missus that this may be the time to sell since waterfront property should always bring premium dollar. Actually, we need the moisture, as our ground has been exceedingly dry for several years. Spreading fertilizer may be one of those things we do right ahead of the planter this year.
