Prince Hyd.PTO pump Super A

Hi guys,I have a mower drive with a right side output for the pulley.The pto shaft exits the trans below the pulley housing.I was looking at those prince pto pumps and i was wondering if it will slide on the pto shaft far enough beacause it will hit pulley housing.My calculations seem to be it will only slide on about 2 inches before hitting.Anyone using one of these with the mower drive/pulley setup still in place?I dont think it will work.Didnt buy a pump yet beacause of this.I think it is possible i will make junk out of tractor and the pump at the same time-don
