The part that I can see looks rather straight forward. Out of belly resorvoir to live pump. Out of pump to relief valve that dumps back into resorvoir. From there pressre line goes to where control valve should be and return line dumps back into top of resovoir. My guess is that control valve has been removed and it is set up to just circulate. Then again I could be all wrong. Pulley looks like drive for late model one row cotton picker.
