What is the correct angle for valves and seats ?

I have access to a freinds auto shop where I can grind valves and seats, but I don't know what the correct angles are. I'm working on models A, Super A, M, Super M, and a 300. I also need the gap for the intake and exhaust valves for the model M and Super M. Thanks for your time. Glen
