Usually there is a book that is put out by the manufacturer of the valve grinder that lists spec's and replacement seats and valve guides. Does your friend have one he's set back and forgot about? If not, look up the KO LEE website, and contact them. You may be able to get a book free, or at a nominal charge. There's an amazing amount of information there on cars, light trucks, trucks, construction, farm, and stationary equipment.

Of course, the I&T shop manual for any one of the machines you mention will have the valve specs for that unit.
