The weep holes keep your T/A clutch dry. If you plug them, the T/A clutch will fill up with oil- which is bad if you want your torque amplifier to work. Looks like you have a leak inside the the housing between the T/A gears and it's clutch- $5 seal, lots of labor to get at it. The gasket sealer used on the bottom cover plate seals better than the original paper gasket. I have paper gasket installed on my 300, and it leaks.
