Just bought a 1950 farmall C , after the purchase i noticed that under 2 coats of faded and chipped red paint that the entire tractor is white (w/exception of the wheels and other attaching parts). All the casting numbers are late 1949, and the serial number indicates this was the 541st C tractor made in 1950> My question is:(and I hope Guy Fay responds) If i were to restore this tractor what should I do to document that is was a white demontrator, I know that there is alot of fakes out there....actually I'm thinking of showing the tractor just as it is ...thanks for any responds
