Bart: You indicated just plowing a few gardens. For that purpose I would tend to go with the 2x16 plow. I have never had any experience with Saginaw hitches, but one must remember you don't have a draft controled 3 point hitch. Without draft control I doubt if you would be very happy if you were doing a lot of plowing. For that reason I would stay with the 2x16, M will lug that along iregardless of draft. Gardens in residential areas tend not to have the best drainage, room for turning often a factor. For those reasons plus you may as well only maintain two bottoms as three. If you ever decide to do a lot of plowing, get yourself a 3x16 or 3x14 trailer.
