Warm Up

I've just gotten a '52 Super w6 running after 10-15 years. New radiator,thermostat, radiator cap, etc. How long should it take to warm up under minimum load-just idling or driving on the road? I've run mine for 15-20 min at a time, just barely gets above 130. How do you tell if water is circulating properly?
