Be sure your radiator is clean, this means through the fins, the hyd. oil cooler is located in front of the radiator and must have air flow through it to cool the hydraulics. These 400 series engines don't run hot normally. I've seen some pretty plugged radiators and the engine not run hot.Loosen the oil cooler,pull it out and blow it and the radiator with air then water from garden hose (pressure washer can damage the fins). Just clean it all very good. The A/C condenser swings out if you have a cab & air. You can remove either hose at the cooler and check for oil flow, only 20psi. at 6gpm. Should be flow from either the loose hose or the open end of the cooler.
