Tim--I believe they were an option. I have them on my 574, mine are not adjustable. They help alot with stablizing implements. When hooked up they make it very tight--very little sway at all, which can be good and bad. If you get them it it is very important to keep the bracket bolts tight, they seem to work loose. Not sure on the kit numbers, ask at local IHC dealer. Would not be that hard to make, although if you do make them I would make the brackets stout. They seem to take a pounding. Hope that helps----
