justin: Have you had it apart yet? The reason I ask is those parts are very expensive. Which type of shaft is in that steering box? Older ones had a square tapered shaft and later ones have round tapered shaft with woodruff keys. Usually these can be repaired as very rarely are the worm or teeth of gear worn. The free travel is in the tapered shaft. On the type with the woodruff key I have seen free travel as much as full turn of steering wheel and it was all in keys and keyways.
